# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 0.5 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 0.5 cup cream cheese
04 - 0.5 cup whole milk
05 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
07 - 0.5 cup sour cream
08 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
09 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste
13 - Tortilla chips, for serving

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until thoroughly browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir to combine evenly and cook for one additional minute.
03 - In a separate pot, or using the same skillet on low heat, soften the cream cheese. Whisk in the milk and sour cream until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
04 - Gradually add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring continuously until both cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
05 - Fold the seasoned beef and crumbled bacon into the cheese sauce. Stir thoroughly to distribute the ingredients evenly.
06 - Allow the dip to simmer gently over low heat for several minutes until hot and fully blended.
07 - Transfer to a heatproof serving dish and present warm alongside tortilla chips.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, shred cheese from a block instead of using pre-shredded varieties.
