Crunchy onion rings stuffed with beef, bacon, and cheese, served with ranch for the ultimate savory snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 small onion, sliced into rings
04 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Breading Station

05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 2 large eggs, beaten
07 - 1 cup breadcrumbs

→ Seasoning and Sauces

08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
11 - Salt and pepper, to taste
12 - 1 cup ranch dressing, for dipping
13 - Oil for frying

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F.
02 - In a bowl, blend ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Fill each onion ring cavity with a small portion of the seasoned ground beef mixture, pressing lightly to hold shape.
04 - Arrange three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
05 - Dredge each stuffed onion ring first in flour, then coat in beaten egg, and finally cover with breadcrumbs, ensuring even coverage.
06 - Carefully immerse breaded rings in hot oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.
07 - Transfer fried onion rings to a paper towel-lined plate. While hot, sprinkle immediately with crumbled bacon and extra cheddar cheese.
08 - Arrange on a platter and serve warm with ranch dressing or preferred dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Stuffing the onion rings tightly prevents the beef mixture from separating during frying.
