01 - 1 ripe avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
02 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and thinly sliced
03 - Juice of 1 lime
04 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
05 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

06 - Chopped fresh mint or basil
07 - Toasted pine nuts or crushed pistachios
08 - Shaved Parmesan or feta crumbs
09 - Honey or balsamic reduction for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Carefully slice the avocado and mango into thin, even slices. Use a mandoline for perfect slices, or a sharp knife for precision.
02 - On a large flat plate or platter, alternate and slightly overlap slices of mango and avocado in a circular or striped pattern for visual appeal.
03 - Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper to enhance the natural flavors.
04 - Sprinkle with herbs, nuts, and/or cheese as desired. Finish with a light drizzle of honey or balsamic reduction for a sweet-savory balance.
05 - Serve immediately or chill for 5–10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
