Smooth and zesty avocado lime crema with cilantro, garlic, and sour cream.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe avocados, pits and skins removed
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
04 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 2 garlic cloves, peeled

# Steps:

01 - Peel and pit the avocados. Roughly chop the cilantro. Peel the garlic cloves.
02 - Place avocados, sour cream or Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic in a food processor.
03 - Blend the mixture until completely smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
04 - Transfer crema to a serving bowl and use as a topping or dip as desired.
