Tortilla with creamy cheese, crisp apples, and cinnamon sugar for a flavorful morning treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
03 - 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
04 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Assembly

05 - 1 large flour tortilla
06 - 1/2 small apple, thinly sliced

→ For Cooking and Finish

07 - 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
08 - Cinnamon and sugar mixture, for sprinkling

# Steps:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over one half of the flour tortilla. Arrange thinly sliced apples over the cream cheese layer, then fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
03 - Heat butter on a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Place the folded tortilla on the hot surface and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and continue cooking until both sides are crisp and golden.
04 - Brush both sides of the warm quesadilla with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar. Slice and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use a crisp, slightly tart apple such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp to balance the sweetness of the filling.
