Crispy Zucchini Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 small zucchini or 2 large, cut into sticks
02 - ½ cup flour

→ Coating Mixture

03 - 1 cup panko crumbs
04 - ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Egg Wash

08 - 2 eggs
09 - 1 tablespoon water

→ For Cooking

10 - Olive oil spray

# Instructions:

01 - Cut zucchini into sticks. Place in a bag with flour and shake to coat evenly.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine panko, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
03 - Whisk together eggs and water in a small bowl.
04 - Dip flour-coated zucchini sticks first in egg mixture, then in panko mixture.
05 - Spray air fryer basket with olive oil. Place zucchini in basket, spray with oil, and cook at 350°F for 7-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
