Air Fryer Veggie Chips (Print Version)

Crispy, golden veggie chips made with fresh vegetables and olive oil in the air fryer.

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 2 cups mixed vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, and sweet potatoes, thinly sliced

→ Seasoning and Oil

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Wash and thinly slice the carrots, zucchini, and sweet potatoes using a sharp knife or mandoline.
02 - Combine sliced vegetables in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss thoroughly to coat each piece evenly.
03 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and allow it to preheat for several minutes.
04 - Place the seasoned vegetables in a single layer inside the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
05 - Air fry vegetables for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking or stirring the basket halfway through the cooking time to promote uniform crispiness.
06 - Once vegetables are crisp and golden, transfer to a cooling rack or plate. Allow chips to cool slightly before serving.
