09 - Steamed cooked rice
10 - Broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
11 - Green onions, thinly sliced
12 - Toasted sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and slice into 2-inch cubes.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger, black pepper, and cornstarch until smooth.
03 - Coat the salmon pieces evenly with half of the marinade and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature.
04 - Set air fryer temperature to 400°F and allow to preheat.
05 - Arrange marinated salmon in a single layer in the basket and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and just cooked through.
06 - While salmon cooks, transfer the remaining marinade to a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until thickened to a sauce consistency.
07 - Serve salmon over cooked rice with broccoli. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce, and top with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

# Notes:

01 - For maximum flavor, do not marinate the salmon for longer than 20 minutes to prevent protein breakdown. Use fresh salmon for best results.
