# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 hot dogs
02 - 4 hard stand-and-stuff taco shells
03 - 8 ounces lean ground beef
04 - 0.5 ounce low sodium taco seasoning
05 - 2 tablespoons water
06 - 0.5 cup refried beans
07 - 0.25 cup pico de gallo
08 - 0.25 cup salsa con queso
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, optional
10 - 2 tablespoons sliced pickled jalapenos, optional

# Steps:

01 - Add ground beef to a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook, stirring and breaking up the meat, until browned and no longer pink.
02 - Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, letting the liquid evaporate and the meat become well seasoned. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Arrange hot dogs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set to 400°F and air fry for 4 minutes until heated through.
04 - Evenly spread about 2 tablespoons of refried beans at the base of each taco shell.
05 - Place a cooked hot dog into each taco shell on top of the refried beans. Return tacos to the air fryer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes at 400°F until the hot dogs are browned and taco shells are crisp.
06 - Spoon the seasoned beef mixture over each hot dog. Drizzle with salsa con queso, then top with pico de gallo, cilantro, and pickled jalapenos as desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, ensure taco shells are spaced apart when air frying so air circulates evenly.
