Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Toast sesame seeds until golden, then add pork and brown. Add seasonings, sauces, and aromatics, cooking until juices evaporate. Add coleslaw and cook until wilted.

Place spring roll wrapper in diamond position. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of meat mixture in center, aligned horizontally.

Wet wrapper edges. Fold left and right corners to center, fold bottom corner up, then roll tightly, squeezing out air. Seal with water.

Spray air fryer basket with oil. Place spring rolls in basket, spray with oil. Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
