→ For Assembly

12 - 8 spring roll wrappers
13 - Cooking spray
14 - Water for sealing

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Toast sesame seeds until golden, then add pork and brown. Add seasonings, sauces, and aromatics, cooking until juices evaporate. Add coleslaw and cook until wilted.
02 - Place spring roll wrapper in diamond position. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of meat mixture in center, aligned horizontally.
03 - Wet wrapper edges. Fold left and right corners to center, fold bottom corner up, then roll tightly, squeezing out air. Seal with water.
04 - Spray air fryer basket with oil. Place spring rolls in basket, spray with oil. Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
05 - Let spring rolls cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - These air-fried spring rolls are a healthier alternative to deep-fried versions.
02 - Make sure to seal the wrappers well to prevent filling from leaking during cooking.
