01 - 4 large potatoes
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic granules
04 - 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse potatoes thoroughly and slice into 1/4 inch-thick rounds.
02 - Place potato slices in a bowl of water to release excess starch. Drain and pat slices dry with paper towels or a clean cloth.
03 - Combine potato slices with olive oil, garlic granules, dried mixed herbs, and salt in a large bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
04 - Spread seasoned slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
05 - Air fry at 390°F for 18 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway for even cooking. Add 2 extra minutes for increased crispness if desired.
06 - Transfer crispy potatoes to a plate and serve immediately as a snack or side.
