Crispy bagel halves layered with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, air fried for a quick, tasty meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Bagels

01 - 2 plain bagels, sliced in half

→ Sauce

02 - 4 tablespoons pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 3 to 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Protein

04 - 16 slices pepperoni

→ Optional Toppings

05 - Sliced olives
06 - Sliced bell peppers
07 - Sliced mushrooms
08 - Sliced red onions
09 - Diced tomatoes

# Steps:

01 - Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat for approximately 3 minutes.
02 - Place the sliced bagel halves on a clean work surface. Optionally, toast the halves in the air fryer for 3 minutes for a crispier base.
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the cut side of each bagel half.
04 - Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add 4 slices of pepperoni to each bagel half. Finish with additional toppings such as olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, or diced tomatoes as desired.
05 - Carefully set the topped bagel halves in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
06 - Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and the bagel edges are golden brown.
07 - Remove the bagel pizzas from the air fryer using tongs. Let them cool for 2 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Air frying in batches ensures even cooking and crisp results. Use parchment paper or a silicone liner if your air fryer basket is prone to sticking.
