Air Fryer Mummy Dogs (Print Version)

Hot dogs wrapped in crescent dough and air fried, finished with candy eyes and festive ketchup-mustard dip.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 package organic crescent roll dough
02 - 8 grass-fed uncured beef hot dogs

→ Decorations

03 - 16 candy eyes

→ Dipping Sauce

04 - 1/4 cup organic ketchup
05 - 2 teaspoons yellow mustard

# Steps:

01 - Slice the crescent roll dough into thin, even strips using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
02 - Evenly wrap each hot dog with the crescent dough strips, leaving a small space near one end to create a face for the mummy.
03 - Place wrapped hot dogs onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the dough is golden and fully cooked.
04 - Allow cooked mummy dogs to cool for a few minutes, then gently press candy eyes onto each mummy face.
05 - Pour ketchup into a small serving bowl. Dot a small circle of mustard in the center and a larger circle around it. Drag a toothpick through the circles from the center outward to form a spiderweb pattern.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the crescent dough strips are not too thick to promote even browning and thorough cooking in the air fryer.
02 - Let the mummy dogs cool before adding candy eyes to prevent melting.
