Air Fryer Steak Garlic Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak

01 - 2 striploin steaks (1-inch thick)
02 - 1 tablespoon canola oil
03 - Salt and fresh ground black pepper

→ Garlic Butter

04 - 2 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
05 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Take your steaks out of the fridge and let them warm up for 10-15 minutes. Trim off any excess fat if you like.
02 - Turn your air fryer on to 400°F and let it heat up for 5-10 minutes.
03 - Rub your steaks with oil and season them generously with salt and pepper, or whatever seasonings you prefer.
04 - Pop the steaks in your preheated air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 for medium, or 14 for medium-well.
05 - While the steaks are cooking, mix up your room temperature butter with the minced garlic and chopped parsley.
06 - Once done, take the steaks out and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Top with the garlic butter and enjoy!

01 - Let steaks come to room temperature for more even cooking
02 - Always preheat your air fryer for best results
03 - Leftovers keep in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months
