Take your steaks out of the fridge and let them warm up for 10-15 minutes. Trim off any excess fat if you like.

Turn your air fryer on to 400°F and let it heat up for 5-10 minutes.

Rub your steaks with oil and season them generously with salt and pepper, or whatever seasonings you prefer.

Pop the steaks in your preheated air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 for medium, or 14 for medium-well.

While the steaks are cooking, mix up your room temperature butter with the minced garlic and chopped parsley.

Once done, take the steaks out and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Top with the garlic butter and enjoy!
