01 - 1 pound chicken tenderloins
02 - 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together Italian dressing, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly blended.
02 - Add chicken tenderloins to the marinade and toss until all pieces are fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 1 hour.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F and lightly coat the basket with olive oil spray.
04 - Arrange the marinated tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Remove chicken from the air fryer and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
