Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 large flour tortillas (20–25 cm diameter)

→ Spread

02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ Cheese Filling

03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Seasonings

04 - Garlic powder, to taste
05 - Italian seasoning, to taste

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Pepperoni slices
07 - Chopped fresh parsley
08 - Red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Set the air fryer to 190°C and preheat for 2–3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
02 - Spread softened butter evenly over one side of each tortilla, making sure to cover all edges. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the buttered side of both tortillas.
03 - Place one tortilla buttered side down on a flat surface. Distribute half of the shredded mozzarella cheese uniformly over the tortilla. Place the second tortilla buttered side up on top to sandwich the cheese.
04 - Transfer the assembled tortillas to the air fryer basket. Cook at 190°C for 4–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the exterior is golden and crisp. Monitor closely to prevent over-browning.
05 - Remove the tortilla stack and allow it to cool for 1–2 minutes. Slice into wedges or strips using a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Garnish with chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, or pepperoni slices if desired before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Monitor closely during cooking as air fryer models may vary; cheese should be melted and edges golden but not burnt.
