01 - 2 cups carrot chips, cut 1/4 inch thick or purchased pre-sliced
02 - 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - Combine carrot chips, grapeseed oil, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
02 - Place the seasoned carrot chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
03 - Set air fryer to 370°F (188°C) and cook for 5 minutes.
04 - Carefully flip carrot chips and continue air frying for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, until golden and crisp.
05 - Transfer the carrot chips to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
