Air Fryer Apple Cinnamon Chips (Print Version)

Crispy, spiced apple slices made in the air fryer. Simple, sweet and perfect for snacking any time.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large apples, washed and cored
02 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

→ Pantry

03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Slice apples thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife for even chips.
02 - Transfer apple slices to a large bowl and toss thoroughly with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
03 - In a separate small bowl, blend granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until evenly mixed.
04 - Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the apple slices and toss until each slice is lightly coated.
05 - Set the air fryer to 300°F and allow to preheat for 3 minutes.
06 - Place the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until crisp and golden. Monitor closely to prevent burning.

01 - Use apples of similar size to ensure uniform chip thickness and even cooking.
