Slice apples thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife for even chips.

In a separate small bowl, blend granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until evenly mixed.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the apple slices and toss until each slice is lightly coated.

Set the air fryer to 300°F and allow to preheat for 3 minutes.
