15 - Non-stick cooking spray or foil-friendly oil

# Instructions:

01 - Set grill to medium-high or preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Form mixture into four even patties.
03 - In a separate bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
04 - Cut four large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Lightly coat each sheet with non-stick spray or brush with oil. Place an equal portion of seasoned potatoes in the center of each sheet. Position a beef patty atop the potatoes and layer with sliced mushrooms and red onion.
05 - Fold foil tightly around the ingredients to form sealed packets. Arrange packets on grill grates or a baking sheet. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and patties reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
06 - Open foil packets carefully. Place one slice of Swiss cheese onto each burger. Loosely close foil and allow cheese to melt for 2 minutes.
07 - For added richness, top potatoes with a pat of butter before serving. Serve contents directly from the foil packets.

# Notes:

01 - Use heavy-duty foil to prevent punctures and ensure even cooking.
02 - Rest packets briefly after opening to allow steam to dissipate.
