Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

01 - 9.25 ounces nacho cheese-flavored Doritos chips, crushed (reserve 1½ cups for topping)
02 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup, undiluted
03 - 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
04 - 8 ounces sour cream
05 - 15.25 ounces southwest corn, drained
06 - 1 cup mild chunky salsa
07 - 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
08 - 4 cups fiesta blend shredded cheese, divided (reserve 1 cup for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
02 - Crush Doritos chips and distribute all except 1½ cups evenly across the base of the prepared baking dish.
03 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream until smooth.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, incorporate drained corn, chunky salsa, shredded cooked chicken, and 3 cups of shredded cheese. Add the combined soup and sour cream mixture, stirring until fully blended.
05 - Evenly spread the cheesy chicken mixture over the base layer of crushed Doritos.
06 - Scatter the reserved 1½ cups of crushed Doritos over the chicken mixture, then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top.
07 - Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve hot.
