# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 2 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
10 - 1 1/2 cups beef broth
11 - 1 1/2 cups whole milk
12 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
13 - 2 1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
14 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
02 - Add chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until vegetables are softened, about 3-5 minutes.
03 - Carefully drain excess grease from the skillet. Stir in steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried oregano until beef and vegetables are well coated.
04 - Pour in beef broth, A1 Steak Sauce, tomato sauce, and milk. Add the uncooked spiral pasta, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid.
05 - Mix thoroughly, then bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover with a lid and reduce heat to low.
06 - Let the dish cook covered for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
07 - Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and blended. Evenly sprinkle the remaining cup of mozzarella over the top and cover again until cheese is fully melted.
08 - Remove from heat and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, use freshly shredded mozzarella, and monitor the pasta closely to avoid overcooking.
