03 - 1 cup sweet corn kernels, fresh, frozen, or canned

→ Dairy and Cheese

04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
06 - 1/2 cup sour cream
07 - 1 cup milk

→ Seasoning and Oil

08 - 1 Tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
10 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
11 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and allow it to preheat thoroughly.
02 - Cook rotini pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until nearly al dente, then drain and set aside.
03 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and brown, breaking up any large pieces. Once browned, drain excess fat.
04 - Return the pan to heat and sprinkle beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir well to coat evenly.
05 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully blended. Gradually fold in shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
06 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rotini, seasoned beef, sweet corn kernels, and the prepared cheese sauce. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
07 - Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
08 - Place the dish uncovered in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cheese topping is bubbling and golden brown.
09 - Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, slightly undercook the pasta to ensure it holds its shape after baking.
