02 - 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely diced
03 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
04 - 3 tablespoons ketchup
05 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

→ Fillings and Wrap

06 - 1 yellow onion, diced and divided
07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - salt to taste
09 - black pepper to taste
10 - garlic powder to taste (optional)
11 - 4 soft taco size flour tortillas
12 - 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
13 - 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
14 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

# Steps:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, finely diced dill pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate until needed.
02 - In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble ground beef with half of the diced onion until beef is browned and onions are softened. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
03 - If there is excess grease, drain it from the pan. Move the cooked beef mixture into a bowl and keep warm.
04 - Arrange tortillas on a clean surface. Place shredded lettuce, sliced dill pickles, beef mixture, remaining diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese onto each tortilla. Drizzle each with a generous spoonful of prepared sauce.
05 - Fold each tortilla securely around the filling, tucking in the ends to create a wrap. Serve immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - To prevent soggy wraps, ensure the beef is well-drained before assembly.
