# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup milk

07 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
08 - 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or preferred toppings

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a standard muffin tin with paper liners or coat with nonstick spray.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until thoroughly blended.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until smooth.
04 - Pour the milk and egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, avoiding over-mixing.
05 - Gently fold in shredded cheese, pizza sauce, and pepperoni slices or chosen toppings until evenly distributed.
06 - Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
07 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are golden brown and set. Test for doneness with a toothpick inserted in the center.
