Ground turkey, green beans, and rice tossed with Asian chili sauce for a flavorful, quick bowl.

# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground turkey
02 - 4 cups trimmed green beans
03 - 1 cup jasmine rice

→ Sauces and seasonings

04 - 4 tablespoons Asian sweet chili sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Optional garnishes

10 - French fried onions
11 - Lime wedges
12 - Fresh cilantro leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in jasmine rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and keep covered.
02 - Wash and trim the green beans. Place in a microwave-safe bowl with a splash of water, cover, and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
04 - Add cooked green beans to the skillet with turkey. Stir in butter, sugar, soy sauce or coconut aminos, and sweet chili sauce. Cook, stirring, until heated through and sauce is evenly distributed.
05 - Divide cooked rice among serving bowls. Spoon turkey and green bean mixture over rice. Garnish with French fried onions, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, avoid overcooking the green beans so they remain crisp-tender.
